Any additional work beyond the agreed scope may be chargeable and will be undertaken only after customer approval.
Payments and Refund Policy
All advance payments made to Pratap Solar are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, changes in requirements, delays caused by the customer, or any other reason. This applies to service fees, consultation charges, AMC payments, and project-related advances.
Customers are advised to review all details carefully before making any payment.
Shipping, Installation, and Project Timeline
Standard project timelines generally range from 45 to 90 days, provided there are no dependencies such as site readiness, approvals, inspections, availability of materials, or external clearances that may cause delays.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, supply chain delays, government approvals, or factors beyond our control, the project timeline may be extended. Customers will be informed accordingly.
While we make every effort to complete projects on time, Pratap Solar shall not be held liable for delays caused due to factors outside our reasonable control.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary documents, site access, approvals, and cooperation required for timely execution of services. Any delay caused due to incomplete information or lack of cooperation may impact timelines and outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
Pratap Solar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the amount paid for the specific service.
